From EUO Manual
The Library is the primary place in New Sosaria where books are kept. Librarians are often looking for new books to add to the collection. The majority of the library is below ground so be sure to take a torch.

West of Port Izumi and north of the Shrine of Justice. Enter via Kaswell Keep: co-ordinates 17' 75".

- Back in 2003 (and before), the only way to reach the Library was through the Old Mines.
