Bakyre

Bakyre is a town built entirely due to, and supported by, the ocean. There are no roads leading into Bakyre and the residents would like to keep it this way. However, there is a large dock that can support several ships. In fact, the HMS Bakyre is often seen in port or patroling the local waters. Usually Bakyre has a large number of visitors, but unfortunately the stormy season prevents passenger ships from entering or leaving the port.
Upon entering Bakyre by foot, you will be greated by the mayor's son, Jonathan. Proceed across the bridge and you will find the city's main attraction, the Public Market. In the market, you will find a Provisioner, Tailor, Scribe, Innkeeper, along with numerous entertainers and other personalities. Be warned however, plenty of guards watch over the Public Market. Bakyre also contains a Healer, an Alchemist, a Bank and a Travel Agent. To get to the Bank and Travel Agent, go down the ladder in the main foyer of Kybare's Manor.
There are a few other important places to explore in Bakyre such as the Public Library. Be sure to stop by and speak to the (very knowledgable) mayor, Patrick. He often likes to hear the tales of others over a pint. Finally, be sure to check out Kybare's Manor. For a guided tour, contact Kybare in game.

Fun Facts
- Bakyre was created almost exclusively by Kybare (egg has made only a few minor edits).
- Bakyre is just Kybare with the 'ky' and the 'ba' switched.
- All dialog and all quests were made exclusively by Kybare.
- The NPC Patrick has the most lines of text out of any NPC. Patrick is based off of Kybare.
- Patrick's house was originally intended to be Kybare's house, until Kybare added his Kybare's Manor further east.
