Patcher Update

If EUO's patcher doesn't work (it is occasionally hanging for some users, but it's rare), download EUO's old patcher - it does the same job but just isn't as pretty. Unzip into your EUO directory and run manually. DO NOT GET THIS PATCHER IF EVERYTHING IS WORKING AS EXPECTED.
